To participate in the Neighborhood Cleanup Program, individuals must be City of Mesa Solid Waste residential customers receiving curbside barrel service. Container doors will remain locked to prevent injury to residents and to avoid any potential traffic safety hazards.For your safety, please do not enter or drive vehicles into containers.Oleanders, cacti, palm fronds and palm trees are not accepted in the green waste container.Items placed in the green waste container should not be bagged.Due to mulching equipment limitations, branches with a diameter larger than 12" should be placed in the regular trash container. *under 12" in diameter only no longer than 36". Items accepted in the green waste container To prevent odors, please do not place food waste in the trash container.
